Free Introductory Call
(15–30 mins)
We talk through your sleep challenges, your goals, and what support might look like for your family. There’s absolutely no pressure to commit - it’s simply a chance to understand what’s going on and see if we’re the right fit.
Bespoke Sleep Support Packages
Every family is different, and so is the level of support they need. That’s why I offer three ways to work together, depending on how you’re feeling, how much support you want, and what feels manageable right now.

Self-guided plan

You don’t feel you need ongoing reassurance
You’re looking for bespoke guidance at a lower price point
This is a guidance-only option - you’ll be implementing the plan independently after our call.

Scheduled check-ins for guidance and reassurance, without full daily contact
