Bespoke Sleep Support Packages

Every family is different, and so is the level of support they need. That’s why I offer three ways to work together, depending on how you’re feeling, how much support you want, and what feels manageable right now.

Clear, step-by-step guidance for naps and nights

60-minute Zoom call to walk through the plan and answer questions

One-off guidance for parents who feel able to implement their plan independently

This is for you if:

  • You like clear instructions and feel confident following them

  • You don’t feel you need ongoing reassurance

  • You’re looking for bespoke guidance at a lower price point

This is a guidance-only option - you’ll be implementing the plan independently after our call.
